The health and welfare of our patient, visitors and staff are our primary concern
Besides providing you with the best healthcare services possible, we have implemented key safety procedures and practices to ensure everyone who enters our facilities are secured in the knowledge that their overall well-being is our primary concern.
While security surveillance by security staff is provided round the clock, 24 hours close-circuit TV monitors and security guards are also available at all the primary entrances to the IMU building.
As the safety of our patients, visitors and staff is paramount, all visitors to IMU Healthcare will be required to either register or present their IMU Healthcare appointment card as indicated below :
1. New Patients/Visitors and Returning Visitors
Present legal identification document (e.g. NRIC, Military ID, Passport, etc)
2. Follow-up Patients
Present IMU Healthcare appointment card
